Chris also served as the Deputy Director of D.C.’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency (HSEMA), where he helped lead disaster preparedness, response and recovery efforts for D.C.. After leaving government, Chris worked at Kroll, a risk advisory firm, and Brunswick, a crisis communications firm, where he counseled corporate clients on how to prepare for and respond to all manner of crises, with a focus on cybersecurity incidents.
