Cybereason Joins Coalition for Cybersecurity Policy & Law

Cybereason, developers of the world’s only military-grade, real-time detection and response platform, today announced that is has joined the Coalition for Cybersecurity Policy & Law. By joining the Coalition, Cybereason will take an active role in working with other public and private organizations to make cybersecurity policies more effective, ensuring a safer internet and making cybersecurity more robust for everyone.

The Cybereason announcement comes in the midst of Coalition for Cybersecurity Policy & Law's one-day symposium titled ‘Cybersecurity Under the Next President: A Symposium with Cybersecurity Industry Leaders.’ In the symposium, held on Tuesday, cybersecurity leaders and private and public sector organizations came together to discuss what President-elect Trump and his administration will ‎do to make progress on important information security issues. What impact will the change have on the way the U.S. Government shares vulnerability information; risk management policy for companies and government agencies; how the government shares threat information with companies; or how our privacy is protected?

Coalition for Cybersecurity Policy & Law members include: Arbor Networks, AT&T, Cisco, Intel, Microsoft, Mimecast, Oracle, Palo Alto Networks, Rapid7 and Symantec.
