Cybersecurity Rubicon: Is US Domestic and Foreign Cyber-Policy on Track
US cyber-policy has faced a significant set of challenges in the last two years. How the country responds to the growing threats will shape its diplomatic, military and economic power. With the stakes this high, is the US getting it right? A panel of experts who have worked within the DoD, NIST and White House on these issues will discuss where policy is headed and its success rate. The session takes place at Moscone West, 2005. Reserve a seat here.
Tuesday, March 5, 3:40-4:30 pm
Cyber-Hustle: Security Lessons from Hollywood
What: Classic films such as The Sting and Oceans 11 and newer movies like 21 and Oceans 13 have important lessons for the security industry. Security remains a human-to-human conflict in spite of the weapons and terrain, and understanding the “old school” hustles and cons is enlightening to our current mission. The session takes place at Moscone South 207. Reserve a seat here.
Cybereason is exhibiting at RSA and participants can stop by the company’s Threat Hunting Lodge in Moscone South, Booth #327, where the company will provide demos on how its Cyber Defense Platform performs across the entire attack lifecycle. See how security analysts can proactively seek out malicious activity and gaps in their defense program while developing hunting queries that are informed by threat intelligence and data research.
