Cybereason today announced that the company and its military-grade, real-time detection and response platform, has earned a ranking in the new ‘Big 50-2016 Startup Report.’ Authored by technology industry veteran Jeff Vance, the Big 50-2016 Startup Report includes companies in the Big Data, Cloud, Security, Storage, Automation, IoT and Sustainability markets. The Big 50 were chosen from a group of more than 200 nominees.

“After three rounds of competition, including a heated round of online voting, Cybereason made it onto this year’s Startup 50 list due to its impressive amount of VC backing, big-name customers, and because I’m bullish on their niche and focus on APTs,” said Jeff Vance, Founder and Editor-in-Chief at Startup50.

Cybereason’s Military-Grade, Real-Time Detection and Response Platform automatically detects attacker activities to better understand their actions and prevent their impact. The Cybereason team has spent decades in cyber offensive operations, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of hackers methodologies and mindset. Today, Cybereason’s platform and services are used by the security operation centers and incident response teams of the world’s most targeted organizations and blue-chip companies.

“Cybereason is thrilled to earn a spot in the ‘Big 50-2016 Startup Report’ among only a handful of the fastest growing cyber-security companies. We offer enterprises a truly unique military-grade platform for disrupting today’s sophisticated adversarial threats that all corporations face,” said Yonatan Striem-Amit, co-founder and CTO, Cybereason. “In 2016, we have more than doubled our workforce and continue to grow. Our multi-faceted approach is gaining vast traction with companies that are concerned with protecting IP, proprietary information and infrastructure.”
